Description

The Office of Employee Relations (OER) is seeking a contract reporter ad exemption to award a 12-month single source contract extension to Echoes Instructional Design, Inc. to provide statewide support to the Partnership in delivering Job Skills Program education, training, and related services to New York State agencies and employees represented by the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc. (CSEA). A formal open competitive request for proposal is not feasible before the contracts expire on 12/31/2026. Echoes Instructional Design, Inc. may seek subcontractors, including SDVOB, for statewide training delivery to meet requirements under Article 3 of the Veteran's Service Law.
