Description

The Office of Employee Relations (OER) is seeking a contract reporter ad exemption to award a 12-month single source contract extension to John P Kowalchyk. The contract is to provide statewide support to the Partnership in delivering Job Skills Program education, training, and related services to New York State agencies and employees represented by the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc. (CSEA). A formal open competitive request for proposal is not feasible before the current contracts expire on 12/31/2026. John P Kowalchyk may subcontract with NYS certified M/WBE and SDVOB for statewide training delivery to meet legal requirements.
