The County of Oswego is seeking bids for underground locating of the telecommunications facilities owned and operated by the County. The County has approximately 28 miles of underground facilities with additional footage expected to be added in 2026 or 2027. The contract term is three years with the option of two one-year renewals. The work location is various sites within Oswego County.
