Description

The Office of Employee Relations (OER) is seeking a 12-month single source contract extension with Watson & Associates, Occupational Hygiene and Safety, LLC to provide statewide support for the Job Skills Program Education, Training, and related services to New York State agencies and employees represented by the Civil Service Employees Association, Inc. (CSEA). The contract term is from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027. A formal open competitive RFP is not feasible before the current contracts expire on December 31, 2026. Watson & Associates may subcontract with NYS certified M/WBE and SDVOB for statewide training delivery to comply with Article 15-A of the Executive Law and Article 3 of the Veteran's Service Law.
