Description

The Indiana Department of Administration, on behalf of the Indiana State Library, is soliciting proposals for Internet Access and WAN Connectivity services for public libraries starting July 1, 2027. The services require symmetrical bandwidth scalable from 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps for Internet Access and 10 Mbps to 2 Gbps for WAN Connectivity, with guaranteed throughput to each library location and no monthly data caps or bandwidth reduction. The contract duration is four years with no renewals, contingent upon E-Rate funding approval. Proposals must include an Executive Summary, Cost Proposal, Business Proposal, Technical Proposal, and Attestation Form, and bidders must be registered with the Indiana Department of Administration.
