Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors is requesting proposals for the replacement of bridge culverts carrying HWY 579:02 over Harold Creek and Waiparous Valley Road over Lookout Creek. This Request for Proposal is only open to a short-listed group of prequalified consultants from RFEI 2023-01. Proposals must be submitted in two parts: a qualification submission and a fee proposal, both as PDF files under 10MB. Selection will be based on the best overall value, not necessarily the lowest cost. The contract duration is approximately 63 months starting around November 9, 2026.
