Description

Provision of managed IT support services for the City of Kelowna's municipal IT environment and Kelowna International Airport (YLW). Services include continuous operation, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, incident response, change execution, vulnerability management, documentation, and reporting for the in-scope systems and infrastructure. Support covers network, wireless, firewall, identity, access control, security monitoring, server, backup, communications, airport operational systems, and related technology environments. Services must be delivered in accordance with performance, security, governance, and operational requirements.
