The Pennsylvania State Association of Township Commissioners (PSATC) is soliciting proposals from qualified CPA firms to perform independent annual financial audit services. The selected firm will conduct audits of PSATC's financial statements in accordance with GAAS, AICPA standards, and applicable regulations, providing deliverables such as auditor's reports, audited financial statements, management letters, and audit presentations. Additional consulting services on accounting standards, internal controls, and tax advisory may also be included. The contract term is three years with an option to renew for two additional years. Minimum qualifications include being a licensed CPA in Pennsylvania with experience auditing nonprofits, associations, and governmental entities in the state.
