The project involves furnishing all labor, materials, delivery, transportation, and related services for the Simmons Street Roadway Rehabilitation – Red Coach Avenue to Hammer Lane Project (CIP # 10553). Work includes roadway rehabilitation, ADA improvements, signal and loop modifications, signage and striping, curb and gutter, commercial driveway modifications, utility grade adjustments, and other related work as specified in the Bid Documents. The project must be completed within 120 consecutive calendar days from the start date specified in the Notice to Proceed, including punch list resolution, cleanup, and demobilization.
