This opportunity is for commercial rental of Non-Tactical Vehicles (NTVs) to support the U.S. Army's Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC) 27-01 exercise in Hawaii. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, 413th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB), 0413 AQ HQ Contract, Fort Shafter, Hawaii - Products/Services Requested: - Rental of 6 x 15-passenger vans (Oahu) - Rental of 2 x 4x4 pickup trucks (Pohakuloa Training Area - PTA) - Rental of 3 x 7-8 passenger vans (PTA) - Vehicle Requirements: - All vehicles must be commercial, fully mission-capable, under 5 model years old, and under 50,000 miles - 4x4 pickup trucks must be true four-wheel-drive (all-wheel-drive not accepted) - Vehicles must meet current commercial safety standards and strict maintenance/condition requirements - Alternative van configurations (e.g., Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 12- or 15-passenger) may be considered if they meet seating and cargo needs - Service Requirements: - All-inclusive pricing (insurance, roadside assistance, replacement vehicles within 4 hours, no additional fees) - Delivery and pickup at specified Hawaii airports (Daniel K. Inouye International Airport, Kona International Airport, possibly Hilo Airport) - Dedicated contractor point-of-contact - Notable Requirements: - Vehicles must be available for the full exercise period - Replacement vehicles must be provided within 4 hours if any become inoperable - Pricing must cover the entire rental period; invoicing upon completion - Government may extend contract via options, prorated accordingly - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; industry-standard commercial vehicle manufacturers are expected.

This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) Solicitation for Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC 27-01). 

The service period of performance (POP) will be from 10 October 2026 to 25 November 2026.

The Government requires commercial Non-Tactical Vehicle (NTV) rental services in support of the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Center (JPMRC) 27-01 exercise conducted in and around Oahu and the Pohakuloa Training Area (PTA), Hawaii. This procurement is a competitive requirement. 

Deadlines:

Questions due: No later than 3:00 PM HST, 24 September 2026. Questions submitted after the suspense date may not receive a response.

Quotes due: No later than 3:00 PM HST, 27  September 2026.

Delivery Instructions: The digitally signed solicitation, quotation (Price shall be all inclusive) in attached NTV order form, and technical specifications must be submitted in one email including any or all labeled attachments. The email shall be titled as follows:
