The USDA Economic Research Service (ERS) is soliciting quotations for a comprehensive business establishment time series dataset covering all U.S. businesses from 1990 through 2025. - Government Buyer: - United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Economic Research Service (ERS), USDA ERS CDR office - OEMs and Vendors: - Walls & Associates, LLC is identified as the suggested sole provider, offering the NETS Database - Products/Services Requested: - Core Data Business Establishment Time Series for the US (1990–2025) - Includes business name, address, DUNS number, industry classification, employment, sales, credit ratings, and ownership indicators - License for unlimited USDA access for two years, with an additional 12-month option period - Delivered as Software as a Service (SaaS), with access provided within 5 days of award - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Dataset must cover all U.S. businesses for the specified period (1990–2025) - Data must include detailed business attributes and be suitable for research and statistical use by USDA agencies - Unlimited access for USDA users - Firm-fixed price contract with a 24-month base period and a 12-month option period

Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1524 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purchase of business establishment time series data for all of the businesses in the United States for use by ERS and all other USDA agencies for research and statistical purposes only. This list must contain business data for all establishments in the United States, from 1990 through 2025.

This acquisition  is not set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 519290    The small business size standard is 1000 employees.  This acquisition is an unrestricted requirement.  

The United States Department Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Economic Research Service (ERS), intends to award on a single source basis.

 All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Potential sources who believe they can provide the services listed are invited to submit a quotation by the response date listed, in accordance with the instructions provided herein.  All timely responses to this solicitation will be considered, however, the determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government.
