This is Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial items using Simplified Procedures prepared in accordance with FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This RFQ SHALL be posted on SAM.gov (https://sam.gov/).

The RFQ number N0060426Q4108. This RFQ documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect from the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul Parts and Deviations. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 332510 and the Small Business Standard is 750 Employees. This action is a 100% small business set-aside, and the Small Business Office concurs with the decision.

Note: This is a Brand Name or Equal requirement, minimum salient characteristics are within attachment 1.

Delivery is 90 days after award or soonest.

FOB Destination

Method of Payment will be Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).

This requirement will result in a Firm-Fixed Price order in accordance with FAR Parts 8 and 12. Award shall be made with the lowest priced quoter who submits a quote that is technically acceptable.

Technical:

Technical Factor 1: To be rated acceptable, quoter must be able to provide all items meeting the minimum salient characteristics listed in attachment.

Please provide brochure or product sheet showing that product model fits the salient characteristics.

Technical Acceptability will be rated on an acceptable or unacceptable basis using the ratings in the table below.

Technical Acceptable/Unacceptable Ratings

Adjectival Rating Description:

Acceptable: Quote clearly meets the technical acceptability requirements of the RFQ.

Unacceptable: Quote does not meet the technical acceptability requirements of the RFQ.

Responsibility Determination: To be eligible for award of a purchase order hereunder, the quoter must be determined by the Contracting Officer to be a responsible quoter in accordance with FAR 9.1. The Government may utilize a combination of various Government database repositories used to determine that a contractor is responsible. Such sources include but are not limited to the following: System for Award Management (SAM), Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System (CPARS) and or the Federal Awardee Performance and Integrity Information System (FAPIIS). Furthermore, the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) may request additional information from the prospective quoter that was NOT previously identified in the solicitation to satisfy the standards under FAR 9.104.

Quotes: This RFQ will close at 9 AM (Hawaii Standard Time), 3 PM (Eastern Standard Time) on Wednesday 23 Sept 2026.

Oral communications are NOT acceptable in response to this notice.

All responsible sources may submit a quote by the RFQ close date shall be considered by the agency. All quotes shall include price(s), a point of contact, name and phone number, business size, CAGE code and payment terms. Quoters are advised that delays can be experienced with the Governments email system.

Late quotes will NOT be considered. Delivery delays that cause a quote to be late are NOT the responsibility of the government agency and such late quotes will not be accepted.
