Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking proposals for Area-wide Managed Teleradiology Services to support multiple healthcare facilities serving Native American beneficiaries. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Indian Health Service, Division of Acquisition Management - Participating facilities include Phoenix Indian Medical Center, Uintah and Ouray Health Clinic, Fort Yuma Health Center, and others - Services Requested: - Managed teleradiology interpretation services for diagnostic imaging modalities: Plain Film (X-Ray), Ultrasound, Mammography (2D/3D), CT, DEXA, MRI (optional) - Lead Interpreting Physician (LIP) services, Mammography Quality Assurance, HL7 interface implementation and support, PACS integration - Stroke and emergency CT reporting with rapid notification requirements - Professional radiologist credentialing, privileging, staffing continuity, and compliance with HIPAA, FDA, MQSA, TJC, CMS, and IHS cybersecurity standards - Quantities & Line Items: - Estimated annual volumes: up to 42,080 Plain Film reads, 13,640 Ultrasound reads, 5,500 Mammography reads, 13,200 CT reads, 5,000 DEXA reads, 1,900 MRI reads (per facility, per year) - HL7 interface setup (one-time service, 5 units estimated), monthly LIP services (12 months per year) - Minimum contract guarantee: $25,000; maximum aggregate value: $25 million - Unique Requirements: - 24/7/365 service availability for certain facilities - Rapid verbal notification for stroke and emergency CT exams (within 30 minutes) - Mammography QA support including Lead Interpreting Physician, MQSA inspections, ACR accreditation, Medical Physicist support - Integration with HL7, PACS, and Vista Imaging systems - Set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) - No specific OEMs or product manufacturers are named; procurement is for professional services only.

Phoenix Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is soliciting proposals for Area-wide Managed Teleradiology Services. The Government intends to award a single-award, firm-fixed-price (FFP), indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a Base Period and four one-year option periods. Services include interpretation of diagnostic imaging studies and associated support services for participating Phoenix Area IHS facilities.

This acquisition is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside under NAICS 621512. Offerors shall review the solicitation and all attachments for complete requirements, proposal instructions, and evaluation criteria.
