Description

The City of Atlanta, on behalf of the Department of Parks and Recreation, is initiating a Competitive Request for Proposal process to select a qualified commercial enterprise to develop and operate a food and beverage concept on the rooftop of the Grant Park Gateway Parking Facility. The selected vendor will be responsible for designing, constructing, maintaining, operating, and managing the food and beverage concept. Interested vendors must demonstrate experience with similar concepts, provide a strong market fit for the Grant Park area, and present a comprehensive business strategy, operational plan, and financial capability. A Pre-Solicitation Conference will be held to gather industry insights and provide additional context prior to the formal RFP release.
