The selected consultant will supplement City staff by providing technical support, project management, stakeholder coordination, and final product preparation for various projects including master plans, area studies, and comprehensive planning initiatives. Services include development review, zoning analysis, comprehensive planning, urban design, advanced GIS, graphic design, public engagement, and project management.
