Description

The City of Cleveland, through the Mayor's Office of Prevention, Intervention and Opportunity (MPIO), is soliciting proposals to provide 38 weeks of citywide Out of School Time (OST) E-Sports career exploration and programming for youth ages 8-18 in six Neighborhood Resource and Recreation Centers (NRRCs) across Cleveland. The program sessions are scheduled from Fall 2026 to Summer 2027. Proposals must demonstrate experience with culturally relevant, evidence-based or research-based programs, include a detailed project approach, key staff resumes, and evidence of past success. The program aims to provide safe, welcoming spaces that promote skill-building, resiliency, college and career connections, and align with the priorities of the Municipal Cabinet for Children and Youth.
