The City of Denton is soliciting sealed qualifications from qualified firms to perform a citywide pavement condition assessment, asset inventory, and data analysis covering approximately 1,700 lane miles of roadways, over 100 acres of parking lots, and about 21 miles of bike lanes. The scope includes automated measurement of pavement conditions, subgrade data collection, sidewalk condition indexing, ADA non-compliance surveys, and right-of-way asset inventory. The selected firm must provide a data quality management plan, deliver data compatible with the City's asset management software, and produce a final written report with pavement management plans and cost estimates.
