This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks qualified organizations to provide the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) with Oil Distributors. The contract will commence from the executed date of award and last for three years, with up to two one-year renewal options. Bids can be submitted electronically through MissouriBUYS Powered by MOVERS or by mail via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. Hard copy bidders must notify the buyer five calendar days before the closing date.
