The County of Simcoe is seeking qualified and experienced vendors to provide an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system to support the Community Paramedicine program. The system must be secure, configurable, user-friendly, and support clinical documentation, patient management, scheduling, communication, reporting, quality improvement, and integration with partner health systems. The solution should improve clinical workflow, support collaborative care, and allow program expansion as service volumes increase. The contract includes software licensing, implementation, training, technical support, maintenance, documentation, upgrades, and ongoing customer support for 32 months.
