Description

This solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) to establish a firm Price Agreement for Evidence of Real Estate Ownership and Title Reporting Services. The contract period is from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027, with a possible option to renew for three additional 12-month periods through December 31, 2030, at the City's discretion. Electronic bids must be submitted by October 6, 2026, no later than 3:00 PM Dayton Local Time. The City of Dayton requires vendors to submit a current W-9 and use the City's bid form for submission.
