The Town of Marshfield is seeking a reputable and qualified contractor to provide regular building cleaning services for nine locations totaling approximately 85,000 square feet. The services aim to ensure that buildings are properly cleaned and sanitized to maintain safe conditions for employees, residents, and visitors. The contract term is one year with two one-year options, commencing on October 31, 2026. An optional pre-submission conference and walk down will be held on October 1, 2026, at the Town Hall Select Board office.
