The Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC) is seeking a firm to provide specialized consulting and research services on human rights standards applicable to supportive housing, for the Federal Housing Defender. The work includes designing and providing materials for a conference workshop, conducting documentary research on human rights standards in supportive housing, consulting with homeless individuals, persons with disabilities, housing providers, civil society organizations, and other stakeholders. The firm will prepare preliminary and final reports and develop communication materials for dissemination. The contract duration is 15 months starting around October 15, 2026, with an estimated maximum value of CAD 83,620 including applicable taxes.
