Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is seeking Architectural and Engineering firms with expertise in Technical Advisory Services for the Cultural Heritage Science (CHS) Project to act as the Prime Consultant. The selected consultant will provide services on a Task Authorization basis during the Co-development Phase, including laboratory planning, building systems integration, design development oversight, and constructability review of Technical Submittals under the Development Phase Agreement (DPA) Works located in Gatineau. Proposals may be submitted in either of Canada's official languages. The procurement process is competitive and open for bidding.
