This solicitation is for planning services to be provided in 2027. Proposals must be submitted in sealed hard copy and electronic PDF format. The process is a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4. Proposals are due by October 14, 2026, at 11:30 A.M.
