Description
This procurement opportunity is for a Basic Contract Instrument (BCI) to provide Architecture & Engineering (A&E) services across Spain. The contract will consolidate 10 service packages including requirement reviews, feasibility studies, design phases, tender evaluation, quality assurance during construction, legal advice, and technical representation. The initiative aims to deliver standardized, high-quality, and compliant infrastructure solutions aligned with NATO, Spanish, and EU standards. Firms of various sizes can propose for all or some of the service packages, promoting maximum competition within the Spanish market. The A&E firms will act as Subject Matter Experts throughout all project phases and provide comprehensive infrastructure design services.
