This procurement opportunity involves the procurement or leasing of tactical fuel handling equipment (TFHE) for delivery to military forces worldwide. The equipment categories include bulk fuel installations, bulk fuel carrying vehicles, aircraft refuellers, pumping systems, filtration systems, blending and additive injection systems, field filling plants for small containers, fuel dispensing equipment, fuel testing and quality control equipment, environmental protection and spillage control, fire-fighting equipment, and additional services such as training, maintenance, or follow-on support. The contract is intended to establish multiple basic contract instruments for a duration of 5 years. No minimum workload is guaranteed, and the opportunity is open to all NATO nations plus Austria.
