Description

The County of Marin's Community Development Agency is seeking consulting services to develop and complete a Development Impact Fee (DIF) Nexus Study. The study will update streets, drainage, and parks impact fees, recommend updates to the County’s DIF program, and prepare a Residential Feasibility Analysis. This work must comply with the Mitigation Fee Act (California Government Code Section 66000 et seq.) and Assembly Bill 602 (2021). Proposals are due by October 30, 2026.
