Description

The City of Charlotte is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide preventative maintenance and repair services for its boiler and chiller systems. The equipment includes Trane, Pulse, Aalon, Carrier, and Lochinvar chillers at the CATS Facilities. Only certified technicians with access to proprietary parts can service this equipment. The selected vendor will be responsible for maintenance, repair, optimization, and potential upgrades and installations of the existing boiler and chiller equipment.
