The Province of British Columbia, Ministry of Jobs and Economic Growth, is seeking an experienced exhibition design and build contractor to provide end-to-end services for the British Columbia pavilion at Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2027, held March 1–4, 2027 in Barcelona, Spain. Services include pavilion design, technical coordination, fabrication, delivery, installation, on-site support, dismantling, and removal. The pavilion will be approximately 50 m² in Hall 7, configured as a peninsula stand, serving 20–30 B.C. technology companies and Province representatives as a business-development hub. The contractor must deliver a modern, high-quality pavilion that supports business functions, brand presence, and complies with all applicable technical, safety, and venue requirements.
