Marathon County Facilities and Capital Management is seeking proposals from qualified third-party commissioning agents for a new highway shop project located at 2312 Old HWY 51, Kronenwetter, WI. The project involves new construction on a 25-acre site with three buildings: a main building of approximately 141,750 sq ft plus additional floors, a tempered storage building of approximately 48,000 sq ft, and a salt storage building of approximately 24,800 sq ft.
