This solicitation is a request for bids to secure vehicle filters, including automotive, heavy truck, and heavy equipment filters such as oil filters, air filters, fuel filters, transmission filters, and hydraulic filters, for the Northeast Alabama Purchasing Association (NEAPA) members. The contract is for one year with an option to extend for two additional one-year periods. Vendors must be able to furnish every filter listed or an equivalent to be considered. The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, and all shipping costs must be included in the bid price.
