Highland Park Independent School District (HPISD) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors for Supplementary Landscaping Services. The intent is to award this RFP to multiple vendors to create a pool of qualified vendors to meet the District's needs on an as-needed basis. Proposals must include all labor, materials, supervision, tools, and equipment necessary for the completion of assigned work.
