This solicitation is an Unsealed Invitation for Bid (UIFB) issued by the Virginia State Police to procure labor, installation services, and incidental installation supplies for upfitting five Ford F-150 K9 Units. The vehicles will be delivered FOB destination to the Virginia State Police Headquarters in Richmond, VA.
