Hiawatha Road and Infrastructure Renewal Project – Supply, Installation, and Construction

Oromocto First Nation is seeking bids for the Hiawatha Road and Infrastructure Renewal project. - Scope includes: - Supply, installation, and construction of new sanitary sewers (200 mm), sanitary force mains (100 mm), sanitary services (100 mm and 150 mm), and precast concrete sanitary manholes - Installation of new water mains (200 mm and 150 mm), water services (25 mm), and all associated piping, valves, fittings, hydrants, and appurtenances - Construction of new storm sewers (100 mm, 150 mm, 250 mm, 300 mm, 450 mm), storm services (100 mm), precast concrete storm manholes, and catch basins - Removal and disposal of existing infrastructure features - Asphalt concrete paving, granular base/subbase preparation, curb and gutter installation, ditching, and site restoration with topsoil and hydroseed - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the notice - Unique requirements: - Bid bond or certified cheque for 10% of the total tender price - Registration on the bidders list is required to obtain tender documents

Description

This solicitation is for the supply, installation, and construction of various infrastructure components including sanitary sewers, water mains, storm sewers, and related appurtenances. The work also involves removal and disposal of existing features, asphalt concrete, granular base/subbase preparation, curb and gutter, ditching, and site restoration with topsoil and hydroseed. Tender documents can be obtained from Dillon Consulting Limited for a non-refundable fee. A bid bond or certified cheque of 10% of the total tender price must accompany each tender, which will be publicly opened at the Oromocto First Nation Band Office.
