Preliminary Determination on Circumvention of Duty Orders for Steel Wire Garment Hangers Assembled in Cambodia

Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that imports of steel wire garment hangers completed in Cambodia using steel wire or steel wire and paper accessories produced in China or Vietnam are circumventing the antidumping duty order on hangers from China and the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on hangers from Vietnam. This determination covers hangers exported from Cambodia and subjects them to suspension of liquidation and cash deposit requirements. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination.
