Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that certain fatty acids from Malaysia are being, or are likely to be, sold in the United States at less than fair value. The period of investigation is January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination. The investigation covers fatty acids with specific chemical and physical characteristics, including various chain lengths and forms, and includes products processed in third countries. The final determination has been postponed, and provisional measures extended.
