The U.S. Department of Commerce is issuing the preliminary results of the changed circumstances review of the antidumping order on large diameter welded pipe from Canada with respect to Interpro Pipe & Steel Inc. Commerce preliminarily determines that Interpro is the successor-in-interest to Evraz Inc. NA Canada with respect to the antidumping order. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. The review examines factors such as management, production facilities, supplier relationships, and customer base to determine successorship.
