The City of Frederick Engineering Department is seeking bids for the Carroll Creek Stream Restoration construction project, located west of Monocacy Boulevard in Frederick, Maryland. - Scope of work includes: - Tree planting, grading, landscaping, installation of rock sills, riffles/pools, and stream stabilization measures - Erosion and sediment control implementation - Contractor-provided construction materials testing, inspections, and submission of inspection reports as required by permit - The Owner will supply construction stakeout survey controls and as-built documentation - Project governed by MWBE (Minority/Women Business Enterprise) goals - Requirements include performance, labor & material, and maintenance bonds, as well as insurance and compliance with City procurement policies - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Optional site visits are available for bidders

This project involves the construction of stream restoration measures at Carroll Creek in Frederick, MD.
