The County of Los Alamos is seeking design-build services for the North Mesa Bike Park and amenities as part of Phase 1 of the North Mesa Recreation Master Plan. This project will be conducted in two phases: a Request for Qualifications followed by a Request for Proposals for shortlisted candidates. The park will be constructed on County property along North Mesa Park Road and must include inclusive and adaptive-friendly features for riders of all ages and abilities.
