The City of Clarence-Rockland is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed Real Estate Brokerages to provide professional real estate services for the sale of a municipally owned property located at 1450 Du Parc Avenue, Rockland, Ontario (downtown Rockland). The successful Proponent will be responsible for assisting the City throughout the disposition process, including but not limited to the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy, property promotion, market analysis, purchaser outreach, offer management, negotiation support, and all real estate matters associated with the sale and transfer of ownership of the property.
