Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce initiated less-than-fair-value investigations on certain linear hydraulic cylinders and parts thereof from Canada, China, India, Korea, and Mexico. This notice corrects a typographical error regarding the timing for the preliminary determination by the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC). The ITC will preliminarily determine within 25 days after receiving notice from Commerce whether imports are materially injuring or threatening material injury to a U.S. industry. Negative ITC determinations will terminate investigations for the respective countries.
