Description

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has submitted an information collection request (ICR) for the Application for Preauthorization of CERCLA Response Action and Claim for CERCLA Response Action to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval. This is a proposed extension of the ICR, which was previously approved through April 30, 2001. The notice invites public comments on the proposed reinstatement of the ICR until October 22, 2026.
