Description

This document amends the Table of FM Allotments of the Federal Communications Commission's rules by reinstating certain channels as vacant FM allotments in various communities. These allotments were previously removed due to granted construction permits or licenses but are now vacant due to cancellation of associated FM authorizations. A staff engineering analysis confirms compliance with minimum distance separation and principal community coverage requirements. The window period for filing applications for these vacant allotments will not be opened at this time; the issue will be addressed in a subsequent order.
