Description

Methodist Children's Homes of Mississippi, Inc. (MCH) seeks proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide comprehensive grant administration and compliance services for Community Development Block Grant - Coronavirus (CDBG-CV) funded projects. The selected administrator will serve as a technical advisor and compliance partner throughout procurement, implementation, construction/renovation, reimbursement, monitoring, and closeout. Services include program management, federal procurement support, labor standards compliance, Section 3 compliance, financial management, environmental review, reporting, monitoring, and closeout. The contract will be awarded as a professional services agreement with negotiated hourly rates and a not-to-exceed amount.
