Description

Harmony Public Schools (HPS) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from qualified offerors to provide construction services for a ground up construction of a one story 55,000 square foot elementary school facility including parking lot, playground, and landscaping at Harmony School of Excellence - Fort Worth. The construction scope includes concrete, drywall, glazing, finishes, roofing, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, landscaping, low voltage, and other related work as specified in the project documents. The estimated budget for this project is $16 million. The contract is subject to approval by HPS's governing board, and the project must be completed no later than March 1, 2028.
