New York State Office of Children & Family Services (OCFS) is seeking a provider for statewide implementation of the Safe & Together™ Model training curriculum. - Government Buyer: - New York State Office of Children & Family Services (OCFS), Bureau of Contract Management, Division of Administration, Procurement Unit - OEMs and Vendors: - Safe & Together Institute (primary OEM; curriculum and tools must be authorized for distribution and use) - Products/Services Requested: - Safe & Together™ Model training materials and practice tools - Implementation consultation and technical assistance - Trainer development and certification (target: ~75 certified trainers statewide) - Organizational and systems change support - Fidelity and quality assurance (evaluation of ~80 trainings per year) - Product Line Items: - Authorized training materials, practice tools, participant resources, instructor guides (no specific part numbers or quantities provided) - Service Line Items: - Consulting and technical assistance for statewide implementation - Trainer development, certification, and ongoing professional development - Organizational and systems change support - Fidelity and quality assurance, including evaluation and recertification - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Applicants must be licensed to do business in New York - Must have authorization to distribute the Safe & Together™ Model - Minimum three years of relevant experience in child welfare and domestic violence practice frameworks - Subcontracting is not permitted - Single award anticipated; up to $250,000 per year in funding - Certification recertification for trainers occurs every 2 years

The New York State Office of Children & Family Services (OCFS) is seeking qualified entities authorized to distribute and utilize the Safe & Together™ Model training and curricula for statewide implementation. This model is an evidence-informed domestic violence practice framework aimed at improving assessment and response to families experiencing domestic violence within the child welfare system. The contractor will provide training materials, implementation consultation, trainer development, organizational support, and quality assurance to support consistent practice improvement across New York State. Interested entities must submit a Letter of Interest by the specified deadline and meet eligibility criteria including experience and authorization requirements.
