Description

This contract enables the Town of Brookhaven to safely remove and legally dispose of asbestos-laden materials from residential homes and/or demolish, remove, and legally dispose of residential structures which may or may not contain asbestos-laden materials. The contract term is two years with three one-year renewal options. The work will take place at various locations within the Town of Brookhaven, Suffolk. Bidders must submit questions in writing by September 23, 2026.
