The Nauvoo-Colusa Community School District 325 is seeking bids or proposals for the purchase only, installation only, and/or purchase and installation of specified network equipment including a Unifi 12U Wall Mount Rack, Unifi USW-Pro-Max-48-PoE Switch, Unifi Cat6 Network Jacks, Cat6 Wall Jacks, and network drops at designated locations. Installation services must include all parts and labor necessary to make network drops functional. Bids must include shipping charges where applicable, a Scope of Work for installation services, and offer the Lowest Corresponding Price with detailed invoices delineating eligible and ineligible amounts. The service start date is July 1, 2027, and the district reserves the right to refuse all bids and to purchase items in quantities other than specified.
