Description

CENIC is procuring lit or managed circuits and optional dark fiber segments for California public libraries. Proposers must submit a signed Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) to receive a list of aggregation hub site addresses. Broadband services requested include Metro Ethernet service, dedicated lit DWDM-based or direct-fiber-based point-to-point connections, or a pair of single mode dark fibers. Responses must be submitted electronically via email by October 20, 2026, using the provided Pricing Worksheet and cannot be in PDF or locked spreadsheets. Discounts for multiple circuits should be indicated, and spam or robotic responses will be disqualified.
