Description

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) on behalf of the Science and Technology (S&T)  Directorate Office of Science Requirements, Engineering & Acquisition (REA) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order to Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Incorporated located in 445 Hoes Lane Piscataway, New Jersey 08854-4141 for Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Xplore Digital Library Subscription in accordance with Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 12.102, Restricting Competition pursuant to the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 519290 – Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services. The Product Service Code is 7630 – Newspapers and Periodicals.

This notice is not a request for competitive quotations and is for informational purposes only. A Request for Quote is not available be available for this requirement. However, any information received will be considered by the Government on future acquisitions.
